About the Author

Natalie Bovis is an author, culinary event producer, and international retreat leader, and is active in animal advocacy. She founded The Liquid Muse cocktail blog in 2006, became an award-winning mixologist, and penned five cocktail books including Cocktails with My Cat, Drinking with My Dog, and the bestselling Preggatinis (Globe Pequot, 2009). She has appeared on dozens of TV shows including A Moveable Feast, Diners, Drive-Ins and Drives, E! Entertainment’s Morning Show, and was part of a pilot for Nickelodeon. Natalie has also written about celebrities, food, and cocktails for national magazines. She has a lifelong interest in history and mythology, loves to travel, cook, and spoil her many rescue dogs and cats.
