About the Author

Amy Parker has written more than seventy books for children, teens, and adults with over a million copies sold, including the bestselling A Night Night Prayer. She is also the author of Running Press Kids’s Tiny Blessings and God Is board book series. She has collaborated with authors such as New York Times bestselling authors Stephen and Alex Kendrick as well as her own son. Two of these collaborations–Firebird and Courageous Teens–are recipients of the Christian Retailing‘s Best Awards. 

Chris Saunders was born in the North East UK, where he lives and works today. He studied Illustration at the University of Northampton receiving a First Class BA Honors Degree. Chris has illustrated multiple children’s books to date. Chris works both digitally and traditionally, describing his work as having an emphasis on storytelling and using imagination, whimsy, detail, and atmosphere combined with exaggerated physics.

Sarah Walsh is an artist and illustrator with over 20 years of experience illustrating children’s books. Clients for her bright and quirky art style have included The Washington Post, PBS, The British Museum, Crate & Barrel, Hallmark, and more. She earned her BFA in Graphic Design in upstate New York and now resides in Kansas City with her partner, son, and dog. She can be found at sarahwalshmakesthings.com.
