About the Chefs
Mingoo Kang is the chef and owner of Mingles, located in Seoul, which has been named one of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and holds two Michelin stars. Edward Lee is the chef/owner of 610 Magnolia and Nami in Louisville, the culinary director for Succotash Restaurants in Washington, DC and Maryland, and Emmy nominee for his role as host of the PBS series The Mind of a Chef.
Both Mingoo and Edward have a keen understanding of flavor and the depth of each ingredient used in their restaurants’ most popular menu items.
